Hello,
My name is Hal Ungerleider and I am currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Brio Condominium Association. On February 9th at 7PM we will be conducting our annual meeting. We hope that you are able to be at the meeting to help us conduct Board business. We will be voting on 2 new board positions and discussing the future of the Brio. If you are unable to attend please use one of the proxy's that has been mailed or posted on your door. Proxy forms can be mailed, faxed, dropped in the Managers mailbox, or brought to the meeting by the person that you have designated to cote on your behalf. There will be a "cash" drawing for those of you come to the meeting and also those of you that vote via proxy.
If you are interested in running for a board position please email me prior to the Annual Meeting.

Other information:
Rental Cap: We are a handful votes short. If you have not voted please email me ASAP. We would like to have this amendment finished by the end of February.
Dogs: Please be aware that when your animal uses the same spot to urinate it damages the grass. We are monitorring certain areas and will make the Homeowners responsible for the repairs to the grass.
Safety: Please be aware of your belongings in your vehicles. Please do not leave visible items in your car, such as cell phones, MP3 players, GPS, or other valuable. Please be sure to lock your car.
Parking: Homeowners are prohibitted to park in visitor spots. Guests can park in visitor spots for no more than 7 days without prior Board approval. If you have questions or concerns about our parking policy please email me and I can send you a copy of our Parking Ammendment.
Trash and Recycling: We are finding that the trash area in front of C bulding is filling up quicker than the others. Please do not leave bags of trash on the ground, please bring it to another trash area. Please be sure to break down your boxes.
